L1380 - Flanged Ball Nuts
The planged ball nut has an axial play for 5mm pitch = 0,05mm; for 10mm pitch = 0,10mm; for multi-starts = 0,20mm.
L1381 - Flanged Double Ball Nuts
This flanged double ball nut has a preload max. 5% of the maxium dynamic load. This is a non-standard left hand ball screw nut.
L1392 - Fixed Supports - BK type
Standard units are suitable for ball screws and lead screws to C5/C7 accuracy grade. The bearings are not preloaded and have a max. axial clearance of 18µ.
L1405 - Heavy Load Supports - WBK type
These supports come with a pair of duplex angular contact bearings (type A), three angular bearings (type B), or four angular contact bearings (type C), for a true fixed support.
What is a Ball Screw?
A ball screw is exactly what it is; a screw which runs on ball bearings. The nut and screw have the smae helical grooves or races, and the ball bearings recirculate in these races.
L1320 - Steel Lead Screws
'Lead' refers to the distance that a nut will travel for a complete revolution of the screw. This lead screw is made from steel with a surface hardness of approx. 250HB
L1387 - Nut Bracket
The nut bracket comes made from steel which is blackened. For easy mounting of standrad L1380 ball screw nuts.
