When looking to reduce vibration the easiest starting place is to determine the weight of the load to be acrried by the mounts. Then divide this by the number of fixing points that you intend to install the mounts on - this is the load to be supported per mount. If some mounts are taking more load than others due to the nature of the part or the mounting surface then this should also be factored in.  Decide if the forces will apply straight down on the mount or if there will be side (axial) loads. Also consider whether the mount will simply rest on the surface or needs to be bolted in place.

P1828 - these are probably our most popular mounts for reducing vibration on a wide range of equipment such as engines, compressors, and other machine equipment.
P1848 - standard rectangular mounts with male threads and fixing holes to mount to structures. They come in a wide range of sizes.
P1879 - these mounts are ideal where there is downwards load as well as considerable side loading.
P1961 - Standard low profile anti-vibration feet for machinery. There are two versions - fixed and swivel. The swivel version should be used where the mount is to be placed on an inclined or unlevel surface. For low weights and weights up to 2,5 tons
P1891 - spring mounts are often units in place of rubber anti-vibration components where there is lower frequency vibration - such as from fans and air conditioning units. Heavier versions are also available (comprising multiple springs).
P1893 - these spring suspension mounts provide and anti-vibration solution to applications such as suspending pipes and air conditioning units from ceilings
P1804-P1820 - an extensive range of anti-vibration cylinders. From 6mm diameter cylinders to our largest 150mm diameter. We also have a range of cylinders with stainless steel metal parts (rather than the standard zinc plated).
P1860 - impact plates reduce impact shocks and are available in lengths from 100m to 1,25 metres. Either pure rubber, rubber with a steel back plate or rubber sandwiched between two steel plates.
P1864 - our anti-vibration collars are often used with standard bolts to minimise vibration. The anti-vibration bushes are used where there are axia, radial and torsional loads to be applied.

We keep a LARGE STOCK of anti-vibration mounts and levelling feet. If not immediately ex-stock then delivery is normally only a few days. We offer discounts for quantity purchases.

Cad files of our parts are available in 3D cad (normally in .sat or .step files).  We can also make special anti-vibration parts (depending on volumes) and have a technical team on hand to discuss your requirements tel. 0044-(0)1483 286677.
